2 months

Blake is two months old today! Time goes by so much faster now that he is outside of me rather than in the womb. It's amazing how much he has changed just in the past month. Here are some fun things about Blake.

He is 12.1 lbs and 23.5 inches long.

He is an amazing sleeper (knock on wood). This past week he has slept from 9-4:30 and then until 6:30 a few nights. However, he hates a change in sleeping environments so we might be in for it this next week in cancun!

He is great at falling asleep all on his own. After we do our bath, lotion, on guard & serenity, feeding, and prayer we lay him down in his bassinet and he happily lays there with his eyes open until he falls asleep. I'm hoping he can keep this up.

He loves bath time. He could probably sit in a warm bath all day. He also HATEs getting out. It's the one time of the day I know for sure he will cry.

His personality has started to emerge and he has the cutest little smile.

Right after he wakes up in the mornings he is ultra hyper. He seriously kicks his legs and his arms all around for a good 20-30 minutes. It is so cute.

His favorite food continues to be breast milk. I did put a little bit of melted chocolate on my finger and stick it in his mouth once. (Shhh... Don't tell his doctor) He loved it!

He loves looking at lights and ceiling fans.

He can follow a toy with his eyes as I move it around his face. Serious talent.

His eyes are most definitely blue and his hair has a tinge of red in it.

He is content most all the day (he gets fussy around 6:00, but it's not too bad).

He is all recovered from his RSV and is a healthy boy!

He is loved by sooo many people. Sometimes it's hard for mom to keep up with all his fans!

Now to celebrate his two month birthday we are taking him to cancun! Don't worry, his doctor said its just fine. :)
